Bellefontaine Junior Grace Brown has continued the standard of excellence she’s set from day one of her freshmen year in the Chieftain running programs.

Brown, 6th in the Division 2 OHSAA State Cross Country meet a season ago, finished 3rd in the Southwest Regional meet to qualify for her 3rd consecutive trip to Fortress Obetz. Her time of 18:24 last season is a Chieftain 5k record.

Brown is also the BHS record holder in the spring 3200M and placed 16th in the 1600m run for the Chieftain Track & Field squad.

Brown’s 18:32 time is the best in the area for ladies cross country in 2025

Brown and teammate Kaeleigh Flora will run this Saturday in the Division 2 State Cross Country championships.
